About Dr Gabrielle Matters (Consultant) BSc UQ, AMusA QCM, PhD QUT, FACE Dr Gabrielle Matters was Principal Research Fellow (Assessment and Psychometric Research) at ACER and Head of ACER in Queensland until 2016.
